SNUBA

Snuba? What the heck is that? That was Mark's question, Dora was quick to respond because she loved the idea. Snuba is scuba diving for amateurs. The oxygen tank floats on a raft 15 feet above you and you breathe through a hose.

We snuba-ed at a beach near Poipu and had a great time. Dora was a natural. We got some great photos with our underwater camera and our instructor got a great one of us. We fed the fish, who must have been very hungry because they swarmed us. We saw many beautiful fish on this outing.

Mark couldn't stop taking photos of Dora, who was much more composed after our snuba session than Mark who got a bit claustrophobic under water.

All in all, though, we had a whale of a time!
