Toured the Peggy Guggenheim Collection all morning, a bastion of abstract art in a Rennaisance city. Beautiful artwork and we left feeling energized and a little confused. We think Picasso might have been disturbed, but are convinced Jackson Pollock was insane. While there, we had a little fun when Dora posed as a statue.
Rested all afternoon and started to pack, a daunting exercise in futility.
Had a delicious meal of pasta and fish and caught another Concerto in the evening. Same group of students, another excellent performance. What a great last evening in Venice.
Back to the B&B and to bed after another ethereal day.
